Use news and newspapers when you want to find

    Highlights from this guide

     

    Today's local newspapers and the latest issues of overseas newspapers are kept at the Leisure Corner.  

      

    The Library keeps local newspapers for one month and overseas newspapers for three months. They can be found at the "Newspapers (Back issues)" racks near the Serials Collection. Click here for a list of printed newspapers of general interest kept at the Library.

    Back issues of many newspapers are available in microfilm and/or electronic formats. Find out more from the "Microform" and "Electronic format" pages of this guide.

    To learn more about the Library and how to successfully conduct research, it is recommended that you participate in the Library's
    Library and Information Skills Programme (LISP) online.  The aim of this programme is to improve the ability of students to make effective use of the collections, services, electronic resources of the CityU Library; and to evaluate and use information appropriately and ethically in their study.
