Online Training Course 2: Keeping Your Research Outputs Up-to-Date

In this course, the focus is on ensuring the accuracy and visibility of your research outputs within the CityU Scholars platform. You will learn about your role in the Library's record harvesting process and the necessary steps to manually add records that are not captured by the harvesting. Additionally, the course covers CityU Scholars' support for Green Open Access initiatives, which will help you comply with Open Access policies and increase the visibility of your research. For research students, the course will explain the thesis submission process and the record synchronization rationale from CityU Scholars to the Research Degree Planner. Finally, the roles of Trusted Users and Departmental Administrators in managing your researcher profile will be revisited.
