LibKey Nomad - Alternative Ways of Accessing Full-text Content

What is LibKey Nomad?

LibKey Nomad is a browser extension that provides a convenient way for accessing articles that are subscribed by the library while you browse the internet including Wikipedia and other scholarly publisher websites. It is compatible with various desktop/laptop browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Firefox but not with mobile- or tablet-based browsers. 

After installation, LibKey Nomad prompts you to select your institution. Please select “City University of Hong Kong Library”.

Label Description
This label indicates the provider of the article. 
Clicking this button allows you to directly download the article PDF. The PDF is either coming directly from the publisher or is the publisher's version but held in a repository such as PubMed Central or a university repository.
Clicking this button takes you to the page where you can view the full text in HTML or click on another link to download the article.*
Clicking this button provides you with alternative methods of accessing the full text, such as through CityUHK LibraryFind.

Clicking this button takes you to an Accepted Manuscript held in a repository.
The link will guide you to the article in BrowZine. View BrowZine’s guide for details.
The article has been retracted.

*When accessing from outside the campus, it is necessary to authenticate using your CityUHK EID and password.
