A new law database, China Trade Monitor, added to the library collection

China Trade Monitor is an online news and analysis service. It is about China’s trade policies, and the way the rest of the world acting towards China. The database covers traditional trade policy issues, and issues that have implications for trade, such as national security, human rights and competition policy/antitrust. The main topics include:

  • trade agreements, negotiations, and disputes
  • trade remedies
  • domestic legislation, regulation, and litigation
  • digital trade
  • investment 
  • intellectual property
  • environment 
  • labor rights

Whenever a piece of related legislation, regulation, or ruling is in the public domain, readers will be linked to the original documents from this database.
