Citing Legal Information

This guide describes how to cite legal information. The focus is on common law materials and the legal referencing system, OSCOLA. Legal materials from non-common law jurisdictions will be briefly covered. Also highlighted in this guide are some bibliographic management tools that are commonly used for citing information.
