Online Training Course 1: Research Output Records Management
In this course, you will first get an overview of CityUHK Scholars - what it is and the types of research output records it collects. You will explore your role in the research output records harvesting process, including how the Library assists with record creation and maintenance. Next, you'll delve into the manual addition of records not captured through the harvesting process, covering how to claim or disclaim authorship of existing records as well as creating your own. The course will also cover how to appoint trusted users and the role of Departmental Administrators in managing your researcher profile on the CityUHK Scholars platform. By the end of the course, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage CityUHK Scholars to manage and showcase your research outputs.
