CityUHK Scholars: Getting Ready for RGC Reporting and Performance Review for 2023-2024 (2-course Self-paced Online Training)
Research output and activity records collected in CityUHK Scholars will be used for the RGC Reporting, Annual Performance Report (APR) for faculty and Annual Progress Report for research students. This 2-course self-paced online training, consisting of 8 bite-sized modules as follows, aims at showing our researchers how to manage and update their research information in CityUHK Scholars.
Faculty members, research students and DAs (Departmental Administrators) please log in with your CityUHK credentials to go through the training at your own pace anytime.

2.1 Annual Reporting Exercises and Workflow: Get to know how CityUHK Scholars supports reporting research information, and what's required for the annual exercises. 2.2 CityUHK Scholars Records for RGC Reporting and Appraisal: Understand how CityUHK Scholars data supports RGC reporting and your performance appraisal. 2.3 Thesis Submission and Research Degree Planner: Familiarize yourself with the thesis submission and the record synchronization to the Research Degree Planner for research students. 2.4 Reporting Open Access Information for Publications: Learn OA basics, identify OA works, and prepare OA publication details for annual reporting. |
