RGC: Collaborative Research Fund (CRF) application form
To avoid violating copyright restriction, you are advised to keep your manuscript files well and used them for self-archiving.
For many funders, publishing gold open access, or self-archiving the postprint version, is required for their funded projects. Please check carefully on your funders’ requirements if your research outputs are generated from funded projects.
Send the manuscript files to the Library via lbopen@cityu.edu.hk, preferably with the following details:
Are these publications arising from a research project fully or partially supported by local / overseas funders (e.g. RGC, NIH or Wellcome)? If yes, please specify.
Any project(s) in CityU Scholars is/are related to these publications? If yes, please specify.
A copy of the related publishing agreement or copyright transfer agreement.
The Library will check with the manuscript versions, potential embargo periods, credit line requirements etc. to ensure your self-archiving actions comply with publishers’ policies
The Library will contact you if any follow-up information is required.
After the above actions, the Library will save the manuscript files into CityU Scholars record and make it publicly accessible on the CityU Scholars portal.
