EndNote 21 users have access to two online versions of EndNote Desktop:
1. EndNote Online Classic (synchronised with EndNote Desktop)
This version offers unlimited reference and storage capacity. It includes features like online searching, group sharing and manuscript matching.
2. EndNote Web (synchronised with EndNote Desktop Version 21)
This version also offers unlimited reference and storage capacity. While it closely resembles the Desktop version, it does not include all the options found in EndNote Online Classic, such as library sharing.
Users with an EndNote Online Classic account can log into EndNote Web with the same credentials to access their references. Alternatively, they can sign up for a new account.
